We have heard Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the petitioners. The learned Counsel submits that after this Court granted interim order, the respondents have issued the order to the petitioners accepting their service upto 31/03/2020. They were directed to follow the same guidelines incorporating the office order dated 17th January 2019.

Mr. Kagne, learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader submits that they have followed the guidelines but it is based upon the performance.

The purpose of the petitioners is served. The respondents will be bound to consider the policy as would be subsisting at the time the petitioners complete one year. 3.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
