The learned AGP tenders affidavit sworn in by Ganesh Keshav Nirhali working as Sub Divisional Officer, Patoda, stating that the prayers made by the petitioners have been satisfied. 2.

The prayers made by the petitioners had to be satisfied because they were pursuant to the order passed by this Court. The question was of mis-interpretation of the order of this Court by the

dyb 2 WP6812-18dt 21-12-2018 deponent twice. It is informed that the Officer is present in the Court. He has tendered an unconditional apology to the inconvenience caused to the Court. The unconditional apology should have been tendered to the citizen to whom needless inconvenience is caused by the deponent inspite of the order of this Court.

Leave to amend paragraph no. 6 of the affidavit is granted to the respondents to include the words 'and the petitioners' after the words 'Hon'ble High Court'. Amendment be carried out forthwith. 4.

The apology tendered to this Court and the petitioners is accepted.

Writ petition is disposed of.
