1) In the proceeding filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the applicants want to challenge the order of issue process. There is revision available in the Sessions Court. Propriety requires that such revision is filed. Inherent powers cannot be used when there is remedy available under law.

2 Cr Application 2520 of 2015 2) Learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions submits that he wants to withdraw the proceeding to file revision in Sessions Court. The proceeding stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file revision in Sessions Court.
