Present applicant/appellant, who is convicted by learned Special Judge, Majalgaon, Dist.Beed, for the offences punishable under Section 354(A)

(2) of Indian Penal Code; Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012; Section 3(1)(xii) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, directing him to suffer rigorous imprisonment for

2 11-crappln2521-15.full.odt three years, five years and one year, respectively, on each count, and to pay fine amount, is praying for suspension of substantive sentences and for his release on bail.

2] Heard both sides. Perused the record.

3] Without going into merit of the case at this stage, finding that hearing of appeal may take its own time, the substantive sentence of the applicant deserves to be suspended.

4] Hence, the following order :- A] The substantive sentences of the applicant are hereby suspended during pendency of the appeal. B] Upon deposit of the fine amount, if not deposited earlier, the applicant be released on bail upon his executing P.R. Bond in the sum of

5] The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
