This application is for condonation of delay for setting aside abatement and for bringing heirs of deceased - Applicant No. 1/D - Ajay Sarvottam Ambegaonkar, on record. He is survived by his wife Priti against whom the cause of action survives. The delay is not intentional. The first appeal is yet to be heard on merits. I find it appropriate to condone the delay considering Paragraph Nos. 2 to 4 of the application.
