By this Application, request is made to quash and set aside that order by condoning the delay of 235 days.

Subject to the condition that whatever objections that were supposed to be removed but were not removed shall be removed within four weeks, the order of the Registrar (Judicial) under challenge is quashed and set aside and the Civil Application Stamp No. 32018/2018 shall stand restored subject to such removal of the office objections.
