After hearing the parties following order is passed :

ORDER

a) The Civil Application is allowed and disposed off.

b) Applicant Nos. 1 and 4 are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company in this Court alongwith accrued interest to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on furnishing usual undertaking.

39ca5579.24 withdraw c) Remaining amount of 25% to their extent be deposited in Fixed Deposit/s in any Nationalized Bank to be renewed periodically till disposal of the appeal.

d) So far as the amount in respect of applicant Nos. 2 and 3 is concerned it be deposited in Fixed Deposit with liberty to apply for withdrawal after they become major.
