It appears that though the present applicants are the party respondents in the Civil Revision Application and they are the original tenants, the Civil Revision Application preferred by the other tenants came to be dismissed against these applicants (Respondent Nos.5 and 8) for want of steps. Respondent Nos.5 and 8 by filing the present application appeared suo motu. There is no reason for the other side to dispute their status. Thus, considering the entire aspect, I am inclined to allow this application. In view of the above and for
