The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicant/petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 50,000/- as directed by this Court under order dated 23.03.2021. According to the learned counsel because of the lock-down, the applicant could not deposit the amount and could not leave his place at Nanded. As restrictions are relaxed, he has filed present civil application. The demand draft of Rs. 50,000/- is ready and would be deposited today itself.

Considering the difficulty shown, we allow the present applicant to deposit the amount as directed under order dated 23rd March, 2021 in P.I.L. No. 34 of 2021 within a week from
