Admittedly, respondent was a permanent employee and his services have been terminated without holding an enquiry against him. Since the order impugned is violative of relevant rules as well as principles of natural justice, according to us, the same has been rightly quashed and set aside. No ground is made out to take review of the order passed by Division Bench on 09.01.2017.
