ORDER :- 1.

The petition is filed for giving direction to the respondent to take decision on the representation dated 22.09.2011 filed by the petitioner for preparing award in respect of some land which was acquired by the respondent. It is the contention of the petitioner that though the land is acquired, the award is not prepared for making payment of compensation and so such representation is made. 2.

It appears that the respondent has filed reply with reasons showing that the petitioner is not entitled to get the compensation.

If there is representation made by the petitioner and it is not decided already, such representation needs to be decided by giving reasons. So, the direction is given to decide the representation within four months from today. Petition disposed of in those terms.
