In the light of above, were not considering the arguments on merits. Respondent No. 5 shall decide representation Exh.(C) with regard to unpaid salary, expeditiously, preferably within four months. 3.

The petitioner may raise claim of higher pay scale as permissible in law in appropriate proceeding. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
