The applicants are the original petitioners praying for condonation of delay of 915 days in filing this civil application for seeking restoration of the writ petition and for recalling the order of the Registrar dated 08.10.2012 refusing to grant registration for non removal of office objection.

The learned AGP appearing on behalf of Non-applicant Nos.1 and 2 submits that this application may be rejected. S.S.DESHPANDE 1 / 2

13.CA.1561.06.doc Alternatively cost may be imposed which could be donated to the Advocate Associations' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad. 3.

In the light of the above and for the reasons set out in the writ petition, the same is allowed. Delay of 915 days is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.2,000/- to be deposited with the Advocate Associations' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad within a period of four weeks from today.

After the costs are deposited, the orders of the Registrar dated 08.10.2012 shall stand recalled. The applicant shall remove office objections within three weeks from the date of depositing the costs and after the objections are removed, the writ petition be registered.

If the above directions are not complied with, this order shall stand recalled. This civil application shall then stand rejected and the order of the Registrar dated 08.10.2012 shall then stand restored.
