Having heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor for sometime, in my opinion, the issue is squarely covered under the order of Division Bench of this Court in the matter of Dr. Paayal W/o Shreekant Chobe Vs. The State of Maharashtra & ors., passed in Criminal Writ Petition No. 250 of 2015 on 21st October, 2015.
