The learned Advocate for respondent Nos.4 and 5 submits that the petitioner has remedy against the impugned order/notice. The learned AGP also submits that the Government Resolution relied upon by the petitioner also provides for approaching the committee. In the light of that the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioners can avail alternate remedy as permitted in law. All contentions of the parties are kept open.

WP_5687_2020 The interim orders passed by this Court shall continue for a period of 10 days from today, within which period the petitioners shall avail the alternate remedy.

Needless to say, after 10 days the interim order shall come to an end.
