Learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal. He, however, seeks extension of protection for a week. This Court during the course of hearing observed that prima facie offence is made out against the appellant. Thus, the Court had shown disinclination to entertain the appeal.

Considering the above, leave granted to withdraw the appeal. The Criminal Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. 03.

The appellant is at liberty to surrender before the Trial Court with an application for bail.
