Per Court :- Upon instructions from his client, Mr. Aniruddha A. Nimbalkar, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present Application. He prays that, directions be given to the trial court for expediting the trial. He also submitted that, trial court has already framed the charge.

[2] Speedy trial is a right of the accused, who is in jail. Further in the present case, Charge is already framed by the trial court. [3] In that view of the matter, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambajogai, District - Beed is directed to dispose of Sessions Case No.15 Of 2009 as expeditiously as possible and in any case

[4] With this present Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid directions.
