Mr Gandhi submits that with regard to the claim of seniority, the petitioners would file application with the authorities. 2.

As far as the revised pay-scale is concerned, the proposed rules are framed and have been submitted to the Government for approval. 3.

In light of the above, we pass the following order. 4.

The petitioners may make application to the industrial Court with regard to the claim of seniority. The respondents would take

wp.6392.19 (91) decision with regard to the pay-scale of the petitioners on finalisation of the rules.
