The learned A. G. P. raises a preliminary objection that the petitioners have an alternate remedy before the tribunal. 2.

In light of that, though Mr. Shelke, learned counsel sought to canvas submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same.

The writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
