Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. During the pendency of the civil revision application, original applicant No.2 Chandrakant Vyankatesh Belapurkar died due to his old age leaving behind his legal heirs as mentioned in the application. Though the respondent sole is duly served and the counsel is appearing for him in the matter, however, the counsel is absent when the matter is called out. Furthermore, it appears that the application is filed within time. The deceased Chandrakant died on 12.02.2019. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause 'B'. 2.
