The grievance of the petitioners is that though the land has been acquired, name of the Government/Municipal Council is not incorporated in the revenue record. The petitioner is beneficiary of allotment of plots, however as the name of the Government itself is not incorporated, the petitioners are not in a position to utilize the land.

Mr. Gaware, learned counsel for respondent nos.6 and 7 submits that though second appeal is withdrawn, one suit is filed and the same is pending. 4.

We have heard learned A.G.P.

for respondent/State and Mr. Kulkarni for respondent no.3. 5.

Learned A.G.P. states that for meeting out the grievance of such nature, a committee is constituted by the Additional Commissioner vide circular dated 13/2/2015.

In light of the above, the petitioners may approach the committee constituted vide circular dated 13/2/2015 by filing application/representation, which shall be considered by the committee on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months from the date of receipt of the application. The interested parties are entitled to represent themselves before the Committee.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
