1) The petition is filed for giving directions to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take decision on the representation made by the petitioner and also the correspondence made by employer of the petitioner to make orders of releasing the salary of the petitioner. Copy of approval given to the appointment is produced on record.

2 WP 5020 of 2016 2) In view of these circumstances this Court is directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take decision on the salary claim of the petitioner within three months from today. In those terms the petition is allowed and disposed of. If the petitioner is entitled to get salary amount it is to be released within two months thereafter.
