Heard learned advocate for the petitioners, learned AGP for respondent nos.1 to 4 and learned advocate for the respondent no.5.

It appears that petitioner no.1 has submitted proposal on 11.11.2024 for running additional Divisions of 6th and 7th standard classes. The petitioners contend that some of the similarly situated institutions have been granted proposal by Government Resolution dated 7.2.2014 and 7.6.2016. Favourable reports were

wp 5987.18+.odt also submitted to run additional Divisions for 6th and 7th standard through petitioner no.1, however, said proposal dated 11.11.2014 is still pending with the Government.

In light of these statements, we direct respondent no.1 to take decision, if already not taken, to decide the proposal dated 11.11.2014 as per policy of the Government, as expeditiously as possible, within three (3) months from today. 4.

With these observations, writ petitions stand disposed off.
