This application is for restoration of ,rst appeal, registration of which was refused on 25/10/2016. 3.

Learned AGP strenuously opposed the application stating that no case is made out by applicants for restoration of ,rst appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', on condition that applicants shall not be entitled for interest for the period from 25/10/2016 till the objections are removed.
