The applicants, who are newly added Respondents No. 2-A and 2-B, are seeking recalling of order dated 18.04.2023, whereby bailable warrant was issued against them for securing their presence today.

Respondent No.2-A is present before the Court, whereas, Respondent No.2-B has met with an accident last

In view of the same, the order of issuing bailable warrant against the applicants, viz. Respondents No.2-A and 2-B stands recalled.
