Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the applicant/ori. Respondent No.1 submits that the applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation awarded by the Reference Court alongwith interest accrued thereon.

In view of the aforesaid statement the execution and implementation of the judgment and award passed in LAR No.237/2005 dated 02-08-2012 by 3rd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Omerga and judgment and award passed in LAR No.246/2005 dated 02-11-2012 by 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior

(2) ca16417.15 Division, Osmanabad are stayed subject to deposit of entire amount of compensation alongwith interest accrued thereon within a period of eight weeks from today.

In the event of default on the part of the applicant to deposit the amount within stipulated period, the respondents/claimants are at liberty to execute the award. 5.

The applications stand disposed of.
