It is submitted by the learned A.G.P. that the rules as required to be framed under Section 5(2A)(C) of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950 by the Charity Commissioner have been framed and forwarded to the Government. The Law and Justice Department has verified it and further forwarded it to the General Administration Department for approval.

Considering that the rules are already framed

2 wp 5308.18 by the Joint Charity Commissioner and the same has been forwarded to the General Administration Department, the General Administration Department shall take decision upon the said rules within a period of four (04) months from today.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
