When the present application is taken up for hearing, the order passed in the connected matters arising out of the same acquisition is tendered across the bar. The said order is passed in Civil Application No.13564 of 2018 in First Appeal No.4416 of 2017 with connected matters on 01.11.2018.

Similar order is sought in the present matter. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

i) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

1023-ca-6512-19.doc ii) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount on furnishing solvent security in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

iii) Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeals.

iv) Application for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.
