Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The petitioner is appointed as an Assistant Professor on 22.02.2011. The petitioner claims to have got Ph. D. on 13.01.2011. The petitioner was possessing Ph. D. qualification at the entry level of the post of Assistant Professor. The petitioner would be entitled for five non compounded advance increments as per clause 7(i) of the Government Resolution dated 15.07.2010.

We have taken similar view in Writ Petition No. 1273 of 2018 under judgment dated 11.02.2019 and in Writ Petition No. 6955 of 2019 with other connected writ petitions decided under order dated 04.07.2019.

In the light of the above, the petitioner shall be given benefit of five non compounded advance increments. Said benefit shall be given within a period of six (06) months from today. 5.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
