This petition takes exception to the order passed by Additional Divisional Commission in izdj.k dza-2024@MhCkh@vkjbZOgh@lsy@flvkj@17 refusing interim relief during pendency of the appeal. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent - Zilla Parishad has placed on record photo copy of the order dated 13.02.2025 indicating that the said appeal is decided by Authority finally. Thus, according to him nothing survives in the petition.

Since, petition takes exception to the refusal of interim relief in the above appeal and as the appeal has been finally disposed of, nothing survives in the petition. Hence, petition stands dismissed as infructuous. 5.

Needless to say that petitioner is within his right to take exception to the order passed by Additional Divisional Commissioner dated 10.04.2024 in accordance with law.
