Report from Additional Sessions Judge, Biloli, DistrictNanded was called in respect of Sessions Case No.61 of 2020. It is stated that the charge has been framed and notice under Section 294 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for admission or otherwise of the documents mentioned therein has been issued by the prosecution vide Exhibit 28, however, defence has yet not responded to the notice. It is then stated that considering the number of witnesses likely to be examined and gravity of the matter, at least six months period will be required for completion of the trial.

Therefore, taking into consideration the said report, the learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, submits that

ba645.21 he would withdraw the present Application with liberty to approach this Court after about six months if the trial does not get concluded. He prays that the directions be given to the trial Court to expedite the trial and complete it within the said period of six months.

In view of the above statement, the Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to approach this Court if the trial does not get over within the period of six months.

Learned Additional Sessions, Biloli, District-Nanded is directed to expedite the Sessions Case No.61 of 2020. He should complete the recording of evidence and hearing of arguments and should pronounce the Judgment on or before 8th September, 2022.

It is clarified that if the trial does not get over by 8th September 2022, the applicant may approach this Court, thereafter.
