Mr. Pratap Pravin Mandlik, learned Advocate for the Appellant, and Mr. Syed Moisali Amjedali, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 1, are present. They have settled the dispute.

The Appellant - Insurance Company has deposited Rs.12,05,418/- [Rupees Twelve Lakh Five Thousand Four Hundred and Eighteen] along with interest in this Court. Out of the said amount, 50% amount of the compensation has been paid to Respondent No. 1 - Claimant.

The Appellant and Respondent No. 1 have amicably settled the dispute. The Claimant/Respondent No. 1 admits to receive a total compensation of Rs. 11,05,418/-. The amount of Rs.1,00,000/- [Rupees One Lakh only] out of Rs. 12,05,418/- would be received by the Appellant - Insurance Company. Remaining/ balance amount be paid to the Respondent No. 1 / Claimant along with accrued interest, if any. Both the parties have agreed and admitted the contents of Compromise Pursis, along with terms mentioned therein. Same is taken on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification. The Appeal stands disposed off in terms of Compromise Pursis.
