Leave to correct prayer clause.

The applicant seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 by this Court vide order dated 23/09/2013.

Heard the learned advocate for the applicant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1 - State.

FIR is registered at the instance of the applicant on 24/02/2011, which is registered at Crime No. 46 of 2011 with Patoda Police Station for the offences punishable under section 406, 420, 463, 464, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On 23/05/2013, charge-sheet is filed against 11 accused persons including respondent Nos. 2 and 3. This Court, by detailed order passed on merits, granted anticipatory bail to respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 6.

The trial is in progress. No useful purpose would be served by cancelling the anticipatory bail granted in favour of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in the year 2013.
