PER COURT:- 1.

Under order dated 14.06.2021, we had directed petitioners to appear before the Revisional Authority on 29.06.2021 and make submission for stay. The Hon'ble Minister had fixed hearing via Video Conferencing, but petitioners did not appear through Video Conferencing on given date.

The learned counsel further submits that inspite of status quo granted by the Court, the Circle Officer certified the mutation entry subject to the decision of the Higher Court.

As the Revision is now being taken up for hearing by the Hon'ble Minster, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition any further.

The petitioners may appear before the Hon'ble Minister as per the date given by the Hon'ble Minister. The mutation entry certified would be subject to the decision in the Revision by the Hon'ble Minister.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
