In view of the above, this civil application stands worked out and is disposed off.

Insofar as the report of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, dated 28/11/2022 is concerned, we find the explanation tendered by Shri. R. L. Jadhav, Private Secretary, is appropriate. It was purely a typographical error, due to which the system could not upload the order dated 13/10/2022. We, therefore, accept the explanation.
