Heard. For the reasons stated in criminal application No. 1409 of 2021, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of.

In so far as the bail application No. 646 of 2021 is concerned, I have heard learned counsel for the applicant for some time. Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Learned counsel however, submits that the applicant is in jail in connection with the present crime since 11.5.2020. Learned counsel submits that necessary directions may be given to the trial court for expeditious disposal of the case.

Leave granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned A.P.P. assisted by Mr. Shermale, learned counsel, submits that the applicant is the only accused in connection with the present crime and the prosecution case mainly rests upon 5/6 witnesses.

In view of above, the trial court is hereby directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of this order by giving top priority to the case.
