Mr. Kedar, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, proposal of the petitioner for permission and grant in aid is not considered since last six years. Even for the year 2018-2019, the proposal is pending and the authorities are representing that as the writ petition is pending, the same is not considered. 2.

We have heard the learned Assistant Solicitor General for the respondent No. 1 and the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

In case, there is no other impediment and if the policy permits, then the respondents may consider the proposal of the petitioner institution for permission and grant in aid on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
