In this petition, all the parties have arrived at amicable settlement. This Court by order dated 21.03.2023 was pleased to allow the parties to record the compromise before the Superintendent, District Court, Jalgaon within four weeks. By order dated 19.04.2023, the said time was extended. In view of the order dated 21.03.2023 passed by this Court and thereafter subsequent order dated 19.04.2023 extending the

PB-1.WP-6428-2018.doc period, the parties appeared before the Superintendent, District Court, Jalgaon and have duly verified the terms of compromise on 10.05.2023. Today, both the Advocates submit that the compromise is duly executed and is filed on record. In view of the same, both the parties pray for disposal of this writ petition in terms of compromise pursis. The compromise pursis is executed before the Superintendent, District Court, Jalgaon dated 10.05.2023, is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. Whereas the compliance report submitted by the Superintendent, District Court, Jalgaon dated 18.05.2023 is also on record and the same is marked 'X-1'.
