Though the notice issued to respondent No.4 is awaited but the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition after removing technical defects. The learned AGP has no objection for such withdrawal. In view of the same, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. 2.

The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh proceeding as permissible under law for the present dispute.
