Mr. Aghav, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that an appeal filed by the petitioner is allowed. However, respondent No.3 is not implementing the order passed by the Commissioner.

Nangare, learned Advocate submits that respondent no.3 has filed review before respondent No.2 in March, 2019 and notices has been issued in the same. 3.

In case, review is filed, then respondent no.2 shall decide the said review expeditiously, preferably within three months. Depending upon the same, respondent no.3 shall act upon the order passed by the Additional Commissioner.
