The learned Advocate representing the Jalgaon Zilla Parishad, submits that the Officer of the rank of Block Development Officer (Class-I), has issued a communication, dated 14/03/2022, to the Sarpanch of Grampanchayat Nandgaon, and since the Sarpanch of Nandgaon has addressed a communication dated 12/04/2022 to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, the Zilla Parishad would initiate appropriate action within a period of four weeks.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off by recording the aforesaid statement. Let such action be initiated by following the due procedure laid down in law, on or before 30/08/2022.
