PER COURT :- Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. Perused the impugned order.

Apparently it does not appear to me that any illegality has been committed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner by rejecting the request made by the petitioner. The petitioner had filed an application at Exh.39 with a prayer that the pending Change Reports shall be disposed of being infructuous and only Change Report Nos.528 of 2012 and 351 of 2016 shall be enquired into. The learned Assistant Charity Commissioner has rightly observed that the Change Reports are to be decided on merit. I do not see any substance in the petition so filed. Hence, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) Writ Petition is dismissed.
