The learned counsel Mr. Anand D. Dale holding for Mr. S. S. Rathi causes appearance on behalf of Insurance Company in the place of earlier Advocate Mr. S. G. Chapalgaonkar, who is now elevated.

Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 254 days which appears to be caused due to their financial crisis. Though the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 4 as well as learned counsel for respondent No.1 -Insurance Company strongly opposed the application, but considering the

statutory right of the applicants, the delay of 254 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.

Appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
