The learned counsel for the applicant seeks time to furnish fresh addresses of respondent No.3, 6 and 8C. 2.

The applicants are seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of respondent No.1D Dilip Ramkrishna Bonde, who admittedly died on 28.01.2023, by condoning the respective delay periods of 370 days.

The learned counsel for the respondent though opposed the application, but considering the right to sue, the Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) subject to costs of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) to be deposited with High Court Registry for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad.

Amendment to be carried out within stipulated period and after deposit of cost.
