Learned A.G.P. submits that, as per the award, the compensation has already been paid, which has been received by the petitioners, and this Court has also passed an order on 17.10.2011 in Writ Petition No.7363/2011 in the matter of Ramchandra Haribhau Dhaghe & others V/s The State of Maharashtra & others, by which all similarly situated persons from the same acquisition matters were directed to hand over

W.P. No.4323/2012 the possessions.

Since the petitioners desire to simplicitor withdraw this petition, the same is disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

Ad-interim relief granted earlier stands vacated. 5.

Pending Civil Application No.8/2016 does not survive and stands disposed of.
