In view of that, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy of appeal.

In case, the petitioner is still in service, then for a period of ten

(10) days, status quo as on today be maintained. 4.

Needless to state that, on lapse of ten (10) days, the protection granted by this Court shall come to an end.
