The Applicant, who formerly was the Headmaster prior to his termination, prays for listing Writ Petition No.3763/2007 for final hearing. He indicates that the matter was infact heard finally on 27.04.2012 and was adjourned as part-heard matter. Even thereafter, by order dated 31.08.2012 this petition was listed for final hearing. The learned Advocate for the Respondent has no objection. In the light of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. Writ Petition No.3763/2007 be listed for final hearing on 23.09.2015.
