ORDER :

The matter was filed on 7.5.2015. No circulation was obtained. There is order made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice in the year 2004 whereby direction is given to staff to place the matter before the Court as soon as they are ready. There was no objection of any kind and the matter ought to have been placed before this Court. In view of these circumstances, query was made as to why the matter was not brought before this Court. There is order made by this Court on 5th December 2014 in Criminal Application No. 5662/2014.

At this stage, the learned counsel for applicant turned up and he submits that matter is part heard and on instruction he seeks withdrawal of the matter. In view of this circumstance, the application is disposed of as withdrawn. [ T.V. NALAWADE, J. ] ssc/
