This is an application for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited in First Appeal No. 343 of 2005. Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and respondent-Insurance Company. Learned Counsel for the Insurance Company fairly conceded that the appeal preferred by the respondents is dismissed and no steps have been taken to file appeal before the Supreme Court. He has no objection to pay the deposited compensation amount to the applicants.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed.

The amount of compensation deposited in First Appeal No.343 of 2005 be paid to the applicants as per the award passed by the Tribunal.
