DATE : JULY 13, 2022 ORDER :- After having heard learned counsel for the applicants in both the applications, this Court expressed disinclination to allow the applications. Learned counsel, therefore, came around to withdraw the applications and prayed to issue direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial.

In view of the above, both the applications are disposed of as withdrawn.

It is informed that the trial has commenced. The trial Court is, therefore, requested to conclude the trial within a period of ten months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the trial could not be concluded within said period, the applicants would be at liberty to revive their prayer for bail.
